General Admission tickets purchased online can be used any day during general daily admission hours and do not have to be used on the day purchased. They cannot be used on special events outside of our general admission hours.

- Tuesday and Friday 10am-7:30pm
- Wednesday and Thursday 10am-5pm

Closed: New Year's Eve (3 p.m.), New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Free Access Programs: Advance online ticketing is not available for the American Horticultural Society's reciprocal admission program, Museums for All, the Adventure Pass Library program and Pineapple Tokens. Please present passes/tokens at the Guest Services kiosk desk upon arrival.
