Showcased throughout our transformed tropical conservatory and Gardeners Show House, all ages will enjoy this enchanting holiday experience. Dome for the Holidays is the perfect way to experience the warmth of the season.
Advance ticket purchase is strongly encouraged. Availability and capacity at the door cannot be guaranteed. When purchasing tickets, select a 30-minute entry window to help reduce crowding and create a more comfortable experience. Capacity is limited, so entry cannot be guaranteed without an advance ticket.
Guests without tickets may be asked to wait for a later entry time or return on another date. The final entry window begins at 8 PM, and the event closes at 9 PM. Please purchase all tickets in advance.
Please select a 30-minute window to reduce crowding. The specified date and time on your ticket is your entry time for Dome for the Holidays. You may arrive any time during this 30-minute window and can stay as long as you like until the Garden closes at 9 pm. Doors open promptly at 5 PM; please do not arrive earlier while Garden and Flora staff prepare for the evening.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the Botanical Garden cancels the selected date. If weather or another condition requires the Garden to close, we will post the cancellation on our website and social media channels and may also appear on local closure lists. Ticket holders will receive an email at the address used during checkout with options to reschedule or request a refund.
You will receive a receipt email and eTickets when you complete your purchase, and a reminder email the day of the event you selected with your eTickets! Please check your spam folder for these emails if they do not appear in your inbox.
