Cozy up for an unforgettable evening with the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden’s Igloo Experience. Whether you’re planning a fun outing with friends and family or a romantic date night, our private Igloos are the perfect after-hours escape.  During your reservation, you and up to 5 other guests will enjoy concessions service from Flora and access to Dome After Dark, all while nestled in the rainbow glow of our enchanting terrace.   

• 90-minutes in one of two private Igloos for up to 6 guests. 

• Complimentary chips & dip, and non-alcoholic beverage option from Flora for everyone in your party.  

• Option to order from a selection of beverages and seasonal menu items through concession service from Flora. *Alcoholic & non-alcoholic options available. Menu may vary.  

• Example menu items available for purchase: 

• • Pre-packaged hot wrap 
  • Cup of soup  
  • Snack boxes
  • Side salad or fries 

• Access for each person in your party to enjoy Dome after Dark before or after your reservation. *6:15pm guests are encouraged to enjoy the event after their reservations and 8 pm guests are encouraged to tour before.    

Igloo reservations are non-refundable and must be purchased online in advance. Reservations are per igloo, not per person.  All Igloo experiences are limited to 90 minutes. 

Please purchase all tickets in advance. No tickets igloo reservations will be sold at the door.
