Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be emailedtoeducation@dmbotanicalgarden.com.
Cancellations made five or more days prior to lecture-based programs receive a full refund.
Cancellations made five or more days prior to material-based programs receive a full refund, minus a 10% material fee.
Cancellations made less than five days prior to ANY program date are non-refundable but can be transferred to a class credit.
Refunds are not given for missed programs. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
If a program is canceled or rescheduled by the Botanical Garden, we will reschedule you to the new date, OR transfer to a class credit, OR offer a full refund. You will be notified as early as possible via phone or email, so please be sure to provide accurate contact information when registering. NOTE: The Botanical Garden is not responsible for lack of notification if not provided with accurate contact details.
A non-refundable credit card processing fee will be applied to your transaction.
