- Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden guests, staff, and volunteers who are fully up to date on vaccines, and comfortable doing so, are welcome to visit or conduct business throughout the Garden without face coverings.
- Those who are not yet vaccinated, including young children, are encouraged to continue wearing their face covering in all areas of the Garden.

Free Access Programs: Advance online ticketing is currently unavailable for the American Horticultural Society's reciprocal admission program, Museums for All, the Adventure Pass Library program and Pineapple Tokens. Please present passes/tokens at the Guest Services kiosk desk upon arrival.
